First we start with a free 30 minute discovery call. This call is a chance for me to gain a deeper understanding of where you currently are and where you want to go. I will also go into detail on what it looks like to work with me and how I can best help you, along with the different coaching options I provide. This is a chance for you to interview me too, so feel free to ask me anything you want to ensure we would be the right fit.

Our initial free 30 minute talk will help define where you need the most support and how I can best guide you. There is no commitment after our chat, it’s simply a way for us to get to know each other, dive a little deeper, and see if we are the right match.
You will get weekly or bi-weekly calls with me (depending on your preference) where we will assess the different areas of your life and dive deep into the areas where you need the most support.
Access to me throughout the duration of our time working together. You can call, text, and/or e-mail whenever you feel stuck, unsure about something, need a little extra support, or have any questions at all. I’m here for you and I want you to feel like you have a bestie who has your back every step of the way. I’m like a Health Coach and Nutritionist in your pocket the whole time.
Education on real, whole foods and what you should be adding into your diet, along with what foods/ingredients you want to avoid.
Weekly recipes based on your eating preferences. For example, if you are vegetarian I will give you breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that fit within that eating style.
Recommendations of supplements and superfoods to add into your diet to really bump up your nutrition and get you feeling like your best self, fast.
Book and podcast recommendations based on the areas where you need the most support.
Grocery shopping guides along with what produce you should always buy organic and what produce you can buy conventional to save you money.
Meditation and positive affirmation guidance to put you in a good mindset in order to alleviate stress, make healthy choices, and ultimately be the best version of yourself.
